i now have colors 11 and 12 for all the characters. The thing with the unlocker is, after you use it, you have to play a versus match or something then exit to the main menu and the game will save. It doesn't support saving so you will have to do these steps every time you run the game. So after enter the main menu of SFIV, you only tick the second one and click the button, the tool will automatically close itself and that's it. The fist box is unlock all costumes and the second one is only color 11&12.
